This course is nationally recognised and satisfies the requirements from the unit of competency SITXFSA001 Use hygienic practices for food safety from the Hospitality Training Package. Upon successful completion students will be issued a Statement of Attainment for this unit. Ideal for those seeking work in the hospitality industry.

Holding numerous diplomas and certificates, Suzanne is well qualified and draws on scenarios from her career to make her course interesting and relevant to students.
With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science and Technology, Melanie teaches Food Safety at MSA Training and Professional Development by drawing upon her industry experience. Melanie’s bright personality makes her an engaging trainer who is capable of passing her passion onto her students.
