Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Learn to serve alcohol in a responsible manner in compliance with relevant liquor legislation. Explains the problems associated with excessive alcohol consumption and provides strategies to refuse service and prevent problems before they occur. Accredited by Liquor Licensing Victoria. Participants receive a manual and certificate. Please allow up to 4 weeks for certificate to be posted.

Requirements: Notepad and pen. Please note food outlets are closed out of office hours. Please bring your lunch/dinner for courses held out of business hours (Mon-Fri 9-5pm). A good understanding of written and spoken English is required to undertake this course.

Suzanne has over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry and uses this experience to provide innovative RSA training to her students. Holding numerous diplomas and certificates, Suzanne is well qualified and draws on her industry experience when teaching students.
George has extensive experience working as a trainer in Liquor Compliance and Responsible Service of Alcohol. George uses this experience to teach Responsible Service of Alcohol at Monash Training and Professional Development applying relevant industry experience.
