Enrol in CourseCome & join us during your summer break for a 6 day intensive hospitality course that will equip you with the skills to gain successful employment within the hospitality sector. An exciting part is that you can choose to join either a morning group (predominantly 10 am – 2 pm classes, or if you prefer to sleep longer then you can opt to join an afternoon group (predominantly 3 pm – 7 pm classes) – although there will be a couple of days where the classes will begin by 10am

Day 1 – Friday 29th January – Richard Hands – Barista Essentials – morning group will be 10:00am – 2:00pm OR afternoon group will be 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Day 2 – Saturday 30th January – Richard Hands – Professional Waiter Skills – morning group will be 10:00am – 2:00pm OR afternoon group will be 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Day 3 – Monday 1st February – Richard Hands – Bar & Cocktails Day 1 – morning group will be 10:00am – 2:00pm OR afternoon group will be 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Day 4 – Tuesday 2nd February – Richard Hands – Bar & Cocktails Day 2 – morning group will be 10:00am – 2:00pm or afternoon group will be 3:00pm – 7:00pm
Day 5 – Wednesday 3rd February – Both groups will combine together for Day 5 (RSA) – George O’Keefe – as it will be online via Zoom from 10:00am till 2:00pm
Day 6 – Thursday 4th February – Both groups will combine together for Day 6 (Food Safety) – Melanie Pope – as it will be online via Zoom from 10:00am till 2:00pm
Notebook and pen. Must wear enclosed shoes (No thongs or sandals).
This course is held in a licensed bar. Real alcohol will be used, some taste testing included. Students must be 18 years or over, please bring your ID. Organise alternative transport home.
