For short courses, go to the webpage for the course you would like to enrol into and follow the relevant process.
Our courses are open to everyone. It is not necessary to be a Monash student or Staff member. Some age restrictions may apply to some courses and we encourage those with disabilities to enrol.
Steps for Enrolling into a Short Course
- Select a short course via the courses navigation.
- Click on the subject and a list of courses will appear.
- Click on the course you would like to enrol into.
- Click enrol.
- Follow the prompts.
Steps for Enrolling into a Nationally Recognised Course (Certificate & Diploma Levels)
Enrolment Form can be accessed from each qualification page and completed using DocuSign, or via contacting the office on email@example.com
After you have submitted your enrolment form, the Enrolment Officer will be in touch with you for next steps.
If you do not already have a USI, please go to www.usi.gov.au to create one – enrolments cannot be accepted without a USI.
Make sure you have read and understood all the information in the Student Information Handbook and course information booklet.
Check you meet the pre-requisites or other conditions of enrolment prior to submitting.
Submit your completed enrolment forms in Docusign or email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with a photo/scan of your driver license and Medicare card and if applying for a concession fee your Concession card.
Once you have been accepted into your course, you will receive an email roughly one week prior to course commencement to confirm your training. Should you be doing an online course this will include student log in details and information about your Zoom classroom.
